BMW’s chief Norbert Reithofer has announced that they will bring back the 8-Series SportCoupe model, that was produced from 1990 to 1999. If will be launched the new 8-Series will compete with Porsche Panamera and Mercedes CLS-Class.The 1990-1999 850/850i BMW models were powered by a V12 engine with an output of 300-326 hp and the 840i was powered by a V8 engine with an output 286 hp.
