Toyota tundra
The Toyota Tundra continues to get more suspension treats from Superlift. Their latest offering allows Tundra owners to fit 35"-tall tires, thanks to their 6-inch suspension lift system that features one-piece, high-clearance crossmembers and custom cast ductile-iron knuckles that preserve factory steering geometry.
West Monroe, LA: Superlift takes late-model Tundras to new heights with a comprehensive 6" suspension system that clears 35"-tall tires. Like all recent Superlift kits, the Tundra system was designed using advanced computer-design software. Prototype parts were tested for fitment and performance, then the kit was fine-tuned before going into production. Durability, driveability and affordability were all factored into the R&D equation.
In the front, a pair of Superlift one-piece, high-clearance crossmembers relocate the lower control arms. These crossmembers are tied together by a 3/16-inch-thick skidplate/bellypan that's clearanced for oil-filter access. This plate also protects the differential, which is lowered by precision-contoured brackets (minor frame-trimming required). Kicker braces made from DOM tubing fortify the bellypan assembly to the OE transmission crossmember.
Replacement cast ductile-iron knuckles allow steering geometry to remain within factory spec; they also simplify overall installation. The front kit includes lowering brackets for the factory bumpstops and swaybar links. Separating the bumpstop brackets from the crossmember assembly saves weight and hardware, controlling kit cost. Superlift's standard Tundra system comes with towers that mount on top of the OE Bilstein front struts and billet pre-load spacers.
In the rear, a single cast-iron 4" lift block per side cost-effectively level the vehicle without compromising ride quality. Rear Superide hydraulic shocks are included. Other kit details include brakeline relocation brackets and carrier-bearing drop spacers. All Superlift components are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
